Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday from our office in Phoenix, Arizona by the United States Postal Service Shipping is $3.95 for first class tracked shipments for orders up to $49.99 within the continental USA. Any order over $49.99 receives free trackable shipping within the USA. Shipments should be received with 7-10 business days, however occasionally the  Postal Service has taken longer. If you do not receive your shipment within 10 days from the notification of shipment date please notify us at Orders@myemergencydata.com and we will investigate further. We will either send out a new order or refund your order payment whichever you choose. Shipping charges outside the USA will be calculated at the checkout screen and will reflect the actual shipping charges to the destination.  You will receive tracking information via email when your order ships. Please be aware that any shipment outside the USA will only be tracked as far as US customs and not to its final destination.
