Refund policy
Simple return policy, if you are unhappy within 30 days your purchase you may return your item to us and request a refund.
To start a return, contact us by phone at 602-275-3245 or by email at returns@myemergencydata.com explain why you are returning the item. Return the item to us at My Emergency Data, Attn: Returns, 4108 E Beatrice St, Phoenix, Az 85008 by the carrier of your choice. Once received by us we will issue a refund within 48 hours. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is received we will send out your replacement item(s).
Refunds
Once we receive your item you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 48 hours. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
