My Story

                                                

     My name is Jeff Legleu (on the right) and I am the founder of My Emergency Data. I started the company after my dad (on the left) was rushed to the emergency room and it took them over 4 hours to contact me and let me know what was going on. His memory is not the best, so he did not know his medications, the surgical procedures he has had or even his doctor’s information, so his treatment was delayed. I got upset and decided there had to be an easier way for first responders to have critical information readily available. My Emergency Data was born.

     I consulted with medical professionals and came up with a complete 5 page template including Emergency contact information, medications, surgeries, implants, allergies, doctors names and numbers, and the list goes on, basically all the information needed to provide essential treatment when it is needed most, all on USB wearable devices like bracelets, wallet cards and other items you can wear or use daily. I later developed my Medical Alert Life Pockets for those unfamiliar with the computer.

     You can add personal documents such as living wills, healthcare power of attorneys or any others you might think are important to your care. There is even a space to let them know you have pets at home that need to be taken care of.

     Easily access and edit the information anytime and it is never stored anywhere in the cloud where your information can be compromised so you have peace of mind.

     Hand it to your Doctors office and they can print out all the information and you don't have to fill out all that pesky paperwork every time.

     Simply plug the device into a USB port on your computer, open the document, fill in the blanks, and hit save. You can also update information at any time.

     I hope you and your loved ones never need to use the product, but it sure makes you feel better knowing you have the information with you at all times, I know I do and I feel better that my dad does too!

     My veteran helper and I make sure your order is packaged here in Phoenix, Arizona, sent out in 48 hours or less and tracked by USPS if you choose, other wise they are sent out by first class mail.

     My mission is to educate and provide products that make healthcare a little less stressful and provide protection for ourselves and our loved ones in an emergency. No one should have to go through an emergency alone. Get one for every member of the family, especially children, and seniors.
