Whether you're in an accident, or @ home, the information contained in these, provide all of the health information, contact information & everything a First Responder needs to give proper treatment, if you don't have a family member or someone available to speak for you, when you can't. Thank you for providing this product @ an affordable price with a set for home & a vehicle. On the scene of an accident, vital information is needed, that some people can't give, because of injuries. Having the option for a vehicle is a life saver! Put one on your fridge & one in your glove box to speak for you, when you can't.

This is very handy because your critical medical information is condensed in one place in your home and a duplicate for your car. Asks for all of the relevant information. I don't have a car, but plan to carry the yellow one in my purse.

As a senior living by myself, I decided to order this so my information would be available in an emergency. These forms hold a great deal of information such as meds, dr info, contacts etc. Have one in my car and one on the fridge. Definitely recommend these for anyone, especially those living by themselves.
